Welcome to RX Technology.
Hey! I have just built this website and refreshed everything to be a little more modern. I've added this blog section where I will share projects that I'm proud of, or even just snippets of things I am tinkering with.
My background: I'm John, a senior software engineer based in Christchurch, New Zealand. I'm the director and developer at RX Technology, where I focus on building high quality full-stack applications. I’m also heavily experienced with all things geospatial (over ten years), so you'll likely find me working with interactive maps, geospatial and satellite data, map servers (both FOSS4G and Esri experience), or just tinkering with something remote-sensing based!
I'm also experienced with the cloud and can provide devops/architecture services if required. Although generally I'd prefer to stick to a serverless solution and keep things to the professionals.
